Shipping
Every tag is made to order in Roy, Utah, so an order spends a few days on the bench before it spends any time with the carrier. The table below is the whole of it: what we take to make it, what USPS takes to carry it, and what it costs.
- Made to order
- Allow three to five business days for us to make it.
- Shipping Time
- Five to seven business days for USPS to bring it to you.
- Estimated Delivery
- Roughly eight to twelve business days from order to doorstep. These are estimates, and carriers can be slow around the holidays.
- Cost
- Flat $6.95 within the US, and free once your order is over $50.00. We ship within the United States only for now.
- Tracking
- Emailed to you as soon as your order is on its way.
Where we ship
Within the United States only, for now. That includes Alaska, Hawaii and the territories USPS serves. We are not set up for customs paperwork yet, so we would rather say no than take an order we cannot post.
Getting the address wrong
Tell us as soon as you spot it. If the order has not been posted we will change it and say nothing more about it. If it has, we will help you chase it with USPS, and if it comes back to us we will send it on at no charge.
If it does not arrive
Tracking is emailed the moment an order is on its way, and it is the first thing to check. If tracking has not moved for a week, write to us and we will sort it out. A tag lost in the post is our problem to solve, not yours.
If it arrives damaged
Send us a photograph and we will make you a new one at no charge and cover the postage. Engraved items cannot be resold, so there is nothing to send back to us.
